Description of SightingI saw the object in the distance while working at the Rail Operations Center (ROC) on Fort Cavazos. Its location was north of us – it was not directly overhead. Its movement was from the Northwest to the Northeast. Aircraft usually fly over the ROC on their final approach to Killeen Regional Airport. The object caught my attention because it was moving in a different direction the aircraft usually take and it was slow moving with no apparent change in altitude. It also seemed to rotate. Video and photos were taken and at least 7 other people saw it. UAPSRS ASSESSMENT: Witness account and imagery (video) provided of the object indicate a slow moving object, maintaining consistent altitude, and rotating slightly, which are consistent with a large irregularly-shaped balloon, or possibly a conjoined cluster of balloons.
