DescriptionWoke up at approximately 4am to use the washroom and then took our family dog outside to let him go pee, and once outside he heard a sound, and ran to the waters edge and started barking loudly and aggressively towards the northern skyline. Upon which time I heard a loud metallic sound that I can only describe as a frisbee like sound if it was moving at an incredible speed. The sound then went from the northern shoreline of chemong lake to the southern shoreline in approximately 5 seconds. At that point our dog ran to the shoreline and again began barking loudly towards the sound. About 9 mins later another sound came from the exact same area along the northern shoreline and proceeded to take the same direction path across the lake to the southern shoreline. At that point I went inside out of a growing feeling of anxiety and fear about the sounds.
