| Description | On October 29, 2022, during a trip to a friend’s beach house in Oak Island, NC, witness observed a peculiar aerial phenomenon while walking alone to a nearby bar. After leaving their friends at the house, about halfway to the bar, the witness noticed some green lights in the sky at around 10 o’clock from their position. These orb-shaped lights, roughly five in number, moved silently and swiftly in formation towards the ocean, parallel to the shore. The light was slightly diffused due to the overcast night but still visible through thin clouds before disappearing into thicker ones. Intrigued, the witness spent about ten minutes trying to discern if it was a reflection on their glasses or something else, but couldn’t see them again. There were no other people on the road at the time, and the witness didn’t bring it up with the approximately 20 people at the bar, leaving them wondering if anyone else had witnessed the same thing. |
