| Description | WITNESS ACCOUNT: Driving home on a winter evening I noticed a black triangle-shaped craft hovering above a field on the edge of the village where I was living. I pulled the car over to the other side of the road next to the field and lowered my window to get a better look. I was looking at the underside of the craft and it had small lights on it. It was at roof height above the ground.
2 things struck me. It was still, in those days the nearest thing to hovering or still were Harrier Jump Jets which were moving all the time and very noisy. This craft gave off a very very low humming noise, almost imperceptible. I drove the few hundred yards to my home to get my then-husband. He jumped in the car but when we went back it was gone. As the years have gone by I thought it could be US stealth tech ( albeit breaking lots of aviation rules as it was so low), but I have always considered it a possible alien craft as it was so futuristic. |
