Description | The sighting occurred at 11 am on 09/20/2019 in Solvang, CA. The witness observed a glowing white sphere about the size of a hawk and 100 ft away, moving at a steady speed of 20 mph. The object, which was not solid and did not emit sound, moved erratically like a green laser pointer, then continued westward. It displayed awareness but no aggression, and a hawk nearby seemed to interact with it. The witness felt awe and curiosity and assessed the object as surveilling the area. |
