Description | During a live fire exercise with around 50 soldiers, noticed triangular lights moving slowly across the sky. No visible body of the craft, just lights, moving in unison as if it were one object. Flares or lights dropped from the main lights. A second identical craft appeared after about 15 minutes, exhibiting the same behavior. |

Witness Assessment | Best guess is a balloon or aircraft, possibly something produced by contractors, but unsure. Heard of advanced triangular air balloon-like craft that could fit the description. |
Additional Info | UAPSRS COMMENT: Witness speculates on possibility of balloon-like aircraft or other aerial systems possibly developed by contractors. Description of flare-like objects dropping from lights may be consistent with test of military capabilities during live fire exercise. |
