| Description | On January 9, 2024, at 4:20 PM in Fresno, CA, a witness along with their wife and trainer observed a solid, metallic, tic-tac shaped object flying at an altitude of 10,000 to 15,000 feet with a speed of 200-300 MPH. The object, described as silver in color and car-sized, moved northwest against the wind without displaying any lights, sound, signs of propulsion, or advanced capabilities. The sighting, lasting three minutes under clear weather conditions with a slight south wind, was considered benign by the witnesses, who initially thought it might be a group of balloons but found its behavior unusual due to the lack of any visible means of propulsion or variance in elevation. NOTE: Object(s) in video provided by witness are suggestive of a cluster of balloons, as suggested by some of the witnesses to the primary observer. |
