| Description | The witness, while walking up to a fort in Dubrovnik, unknowingly captured a photo of four or more unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) along the coast. The anomalies were only noticed upon reviewing the photo (see below) later in the day. According to the witness: “I was walking up to fort when I took this picture, nobody noticed anything. Got back to hotel later that day and found it on my photos. I took several photos that day but this was the only one with the anomalies.” The incident has not been reported formally. UAPSRS Assessment: Caution is always warranted in cases where an object was not observed at the time the photo was obtained. Although the appearance of the primary anomaly (upper right corner) is suggestive of a physical object with a reflective surface, other smaller objects visible lower in the frame could potentially weigh in favor of a photographic anomaly, possibly related to light reflection on the camera’s lense, water/moisture from nearby ocean spray, etc. |
