Description | In the fall of 1999, a witness was driving east on Route 32 towards Annapolis, MD, around 10:30 AM. As they approached the Baltimore Washington Parkway near the National Security Agency (NSA), they observed a large vertically oriented cylinder rotating in the sky at approximately 800 feet. It was black or dark gray in color. After a brief moment of diverted attention to the road, the object had vanished. |
