| Description of Sighting | I had just driven home after a late shift at work. I got out of my car and decided to look at the stars before heading inside. As I did, I noticed a glowing white orb that stood out from the stars. It appeared to meander above the clouds rather than fly on a linear path, unlike an aircraft. I watched it for a couple minutes until it either disappeared behind the clouds or my fatigue overcame my curiosity. UAPSRS ASSESSMENT: Witness suggesstion of an object reflecting sunlight from beyond the horizon would seem to be the best explanation, and video witness provided, seen below, points to likelihood that either a satellite, or possibly a balloon (as witness suggests) could account for the observation. |

| Witness Assessment | The UAP did not seem to be moving with any strong intent. I thought it could be a weather balloon reflecting the sun’s light, but the sun had long since passed below the horizon. |
| Additional Information | I have a longer cut of the video that was too large to attach, but it doesn’t show any different behavior. Just shoot me an email if you want the full thing. |
