Description | In the Fall of 2007, near Highwood, Montana, a witness observed a peculiar event in the night sky. Initially spotting what appeared to be satellites, the witness soon noticed that four points of light were moving toward each other and then stopped, resembling stars. After a period of stillness, they broke away and moved like satellites once again. The witness lived near Malmstrom Air Force Base and was accustomed to military aircraft, but this event left them puzzled. |

Witness Assessment | I tried to convince myself that what I saw that night was some sort of experimental high altitude aircraft test or training… but the more I replayed the events of that night in my head, the less that made any sense – not if aircraft the likes of the new B21’s first ever flight was just this year last year. |
Additional Info | The witness initially graduated High School in 2008 but clarified that the sighting occurred in the Fall of their senior year in 2007. The witness lived in proximity to Malmstrom Air Force Base and missile silos. They considered the possibility of military aircraft but found the event unusual and inconsistent with known aircraft capabilities. |
