| Description | Narrator and his spouse, his brother, and brother’s girlfriend had rented a house on the Outer Banks of NC the second week of October, 2016. At approximately 9:30 PM while sitting and watching the ocean, they observed a ring or saucer shaped object, bluish white in color, with “a very small yellowish light on the top and bottom edge running around the craft.” The object hovered for 20-30 seconds before entering a cloud and did not reemerge. No light could be seen from the object once it entered the cloud. Narrator noticed a light off down the coast toward Buxton some time later, and suspected the object had somehow moved unnoticed further down the coast before becoming luminous again. |
