| Description | WITNESS ACCOUNT: I was driving down I-45 toward Huntsville, TX, almost on the outskirts of Huntsville, when I saw a bright construction light since they had been doing work on the road. I kept thinking that at any point I would pass the construction site and its bright light, but this kept on for five miles. I eventually passed the construction site and the light was still ahead of me. I caught up with it and realized it was coming from a black triangular craft hovering about 200 feet directly over the interstate. It was under the cloud cover, so I could confirm it was hovering low. The craft looked to be several hundred feet across, it spanned the entire large interstate. I wasn’t interested in stopping to watch or look at it, but I did roll down my window to see if I could hear or smell anything. It was completely quiet and the air was clean. It was the brightest light I have ever personally seen, and it stayed in my rear view mirror until I drove out of sight. At no point did I feel fear, just wonder that I was actually seeing this. There weren’t many cars on the freeway at that time, so there wasn’t anyone else around to gauge their reactions to it. I don’t recall exactly what date this took place in, I know it was sometime in the spring of 2002, since the weather was not cold and I was still in my freshman year of college. I wasn’t drinking or taking any drugs, and I wasn’t tired. |
