| Description | Traveling west on Tx164 towards Waco at about 9:30pm. I noticed just to the right of Venus at about the same degree as Venus, glowing orb that would appear and disappear every few minutes, the actual sighting would last 10-15 seconds. This happened for over an hour, we were traveling 75mph and we never got close to the lights, driving toward them. UAPSRS ASSESSMENT: Based on video provided by witness (see below), UAPSRS assesses with high confidence that the objects observed were likely glints of sunlight from across the horizon reflecting off of Starlink satellites. Notably, the witness makes a direct comparison between the video they shared and a recent video of similar phenomena shared by celebrity Howie Mandell, which was subsequently also shown to have been an observation of Starlink satellites.
