| Description | In November 1997, while driving south on Highway 50 near Falls Lake, Raleigh, North Carolina, the witness observed two orbs of light that appeared to be beach ball-sized, hovering above the pine trees. They changed color from red to yellow and moved in a coordinated manner, forming a V-shape as they crossed the road. The orbs were silent and seemed to be under intelligent control. The sighting lasted less than a minute, and the witness felt curious and excited but not scared. |
