| Description | Walking my dog at night. I looked up towards the western sky and noticed a strange worm like structure floating roughly 60-70 in the air. Approximately a block away from me. The UAP had glowing orbs inside that would turn on randomly. It moved maybe 20 south then back to its normal position. Nothing I could imagine would move like this. Was very strange. UAPSRS ASSESSMENT: Object in short video clip provided by witness is consistent with an inflatable object moving at a high altitude, and possibly reflecting sunlight from over the horizon or emitting light from native (i.e., attached light sources) within or on the balloon’s exterior. UAPSRS assesses with low confidence the object may be a balloon, pending further data. |
